Praise for Galbreath: A Job Well Done

June 4th, 2010

I would like to thank you for the Great Job you did on our HVAC and Ductwork Change Out.

Richard & and his crew did a professional job throughout the complete conversion.

Some of the Things that made this a good experience for us are:

  • The crew were friendly and polite
  • The job clean up of all old system and new crating was carried out in a way that was careful to remove all debris, screws, nails from the yard, drive way and attic.
  • The new system was installed in a clean manner that allows for ease of access for routine maintenance.
  • Richard carefully went through all of the paper work carefully to ensure we understood the Tax and rebate documentation.
  • Richard & crew had removed the old system and installed the new system installed including the old duct work in one short day. GREAT JOB!

Andria and I immediately realized several differences with the new system:

  • The house is cooler
  • The Air is cleaner, thanks to the new duct work and 5” HEPA Filter.
  • The noise of the old system is completely removed. We cannot tell if the system is on or not without checking the thermostat.
  • This reduction in noise is also noticed outside as the compressor is completely quiet when running.
  • Our lights do not flicker when the unit turns on.

Larry, Kim and Richard, thank the crew for their hard work and great job. It really made a good impression with Andria and I.

Please feel free to share our experience or allow us to be a reference for the great job that Galbreath and Sons did.

Best Regards,
The Honorable Col. Terrill W. Brooks

Great reviews for Galbreath and Sons

May 18th, 2010

As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service to our clients, Galbreath and Sons has provided numerous ways to track our performance.

In addition to interviews and person-to-person dialogue, Galbreath and Sons has provided an online customer survey for our clients to give their feedback on our performance.

We’re genuinely pleased to say the hard work has paid off, and our customers are giving us great feedback on our work.

“Thank you very much. Our new Lennox heat pump and handler are cooling our home better than ever before. The men who installed the system went out of their way to be courteous. They even placed coverings over some holes next to the outside vents. Those holes were left by the last HVAC contractor. My family and I could not be happier!”

“I was very impressed with Larry’s professionalism and care in finding the best solution to my problem. I was also very pleased with the pricing of the full changeout. Thanks!!!”

We’re excited about the feedback we’re getting and will be working harder than ever to make sure all of our customers are more than satisfied with our products and services.

Dear Larry,

We want to express our gratitude and appreciate for your recent efforts on our behalf with regard to the defect in our Bryant air handler. You and your entire crew certainly went the extra mile for us to secure the replacement coil under warranty, and in the course of doing so, made sure that we were comfortable and well-informed.

Many thanks to all of you for your superior efforts and results. We could not have asked for a better result. We are thrilled with your service and consideration, and look forward to a long relationship with your company and your people.

Please let everyone involved know that we send our thanks, and applaud all of their efforts.

Sincerely,
David and Denise Talleur
